I’m so disappointed that a company would try to take advantage of an elderly woman. My mother, Jackie Jeys, got an estimate for over $2600 to treat for bed bugs and a rat infestation. She has neither. When we asked for proof, they sent pictures that weren’t even taken at my mother's house. If I could give zero stars I would. Nobody should ever do business with Nappkn, they are an awful company making money off of the vulnerable. The reviews aren’t even real, they are paid reviews. I know you will respond and say you aren’t a customer like you do on all the bad reviews, but I have an estimate on your company letterhead.

I had an Ant problem that came indoors and the treatment was quick and effective Kaylen is very professional and answered all my concerns with having kids in the yard and house with safe options I booked reoccurring services and feel much better about having the kids play in the yard and no more ants in my kitchen ! Great customer service is hard to find these days book with him!
