Excellent service with great advice. Daughter caught it we are guessing at school before the holidays. Never thought it was lice but just dry scalp (runs in family). Well my wife decided to look and low and behold, lice. Did the over the counter method first and then found out about this business. Setup an appointment and was contacted first thing the next day. Wife took both kids in and all got checked. I went after work and got checked. They were very thorough and honestly the scraping felt great... Each of us got treated and 7 days since we have not seen anymore lice and the head itching has subsided greatly.

Would definitely come back if needed! :) left with peace of mind. 👌

Sandra at this lice clinic was extremely helpful, thorough, and very friendly. She talked me through the treatment process, answered all of my questions, and did a thorough job to take care of me. I was able to reach the clinic by phone quickly and easily. Their appointment process was very quick and easy, as well. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who has a concern for lice and wants to get it taken care of asap.

My sister got lice AGAIN lmao. Back to school, I guess! The woman helping us out was SO friendly and did her job efficiently, she made wonderfully plesant conversation and was very gentle. This place CONTINUES to have our patronage ❤️

Thank you for taking us in today! Great experience with most of the team members. The technician who took care of my daughter was not very personable. Kept sighing whenever she had to brush through a tangle in my daughter’s hair. Was talking to another team member complaining about WIFI on her phone, and that it was not busy today. I felt as if we were an inconvenience to her. Never made eye contact when talking in the few words she spoke. I asked her if she found many bugs, her response was “you can go look in the container yourself”. Not a way to provide customer service. I appreciate the convenience of this service and would have rate higher, but this interaction kept me from doing so.

Tammy was so efficient and quick, my household all got checked and luckily no lice but peace of mind. The establishment is very clean and they have their own products.
