Fidelity home inspections did a good job at identifying various issues we had with our home. They provided a comprehensive report with all the issues and it was more than the other company we hired. Unfortunately, there were a few key items that were missed after we moved into the home. After being made aware, the company made it a point to understand what was missed, any communication gaps and areas of improvement. I applaud the owner for also reaching out, standing by the quality of the team’s work and learning from my experience. Overall, while the inspection price may be higher than others, the company leadership stands by their work. This is especially important, as I had to purchase the home remotely.

They were thorough during a home inspection and caught a lot of things that should of been part of general house maintenance. The problem is that they're pricey and for the price I would of expected a more informative report. On the report there were several items that were marked deficient but no explanation on why it was deficient. They used a drone to check the roof and some of the findings were proven wrong when inspect by an independent roofer.

I scheduled an inspection with Michael, then decided to use someone else (within an hour). Upon canceling my appt, he blew my phone up with reasons why I should pick him instead. His first reaction was, and I quote, "BEWARE." I finally blocked his number as the text kept coming. THEN, the next day, I received two phone calls from complete strangers giving me details of how great Michael is. I did NOT give him permission to give my phone number to anyone!!
