There aren't many people left in the world like Carlos. Without going into specifics, he went beyond the call of duty. He lets you know every step of the way what needs to be done. Same day I called I picked up. Service was fast and convenient. I was able to use it the next day for work and experienced no problems. They explained everything that was installed and it’s function in a way I could understand. The pricing was affordable and the lowest that was offered compared to other companies. They also offered to work on it in the future and insurance was reasonable.

Sorry for the late response. Been very busy lately but 1st let me say thank you so much for your wonderful review. They help small businesses like us to compete with bigger businesses that are not customer friendly. It was also a pleasure to help your and your mom with having to get a new laptop by taking advantage of the warranty instead of having to do it all ourselves or it would have costed about $189 more which would not have been the best thing for your family. We didn't make much money on it but the best part is that you all saved money and got a new Laptop with an extended warranty from the manufacturer and then our Lmtd Warranty which covers our work we did and will always be here for you as best we can. A rare find in this age. Carlos is interested in helping and giving you more for your dollars. He is very friendly and goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of and satisfied. Ok. Google won't let me do another review, so I guess I will just update this one. 04 Dec 2020. I went to ask if he had something basic for a school I recently started. He had a couple, but it turned out that I wanted something not so basic. Mr. Carlos made sure to understand everything I wanted and ordered a refurbished Dell that was more than what I wanted at a very affordable price. He made sure it had any software I needed and more. He also went further to order a bluetooth adapter for the USB at no extra charge. He also promised me his usual guarantee. I am, once again very satisfied and highly recommend Esperanza PC Repair for any computer-related needs you have. ***update 24Dec2024*** That Dell is still my primary laptop. Browsing, gaming, Office-ing. I bought one for the wife that is newer and nicer, but mine is still excellent and used regularly. Respectfully, J G LTjg USN ret.

Came in because my pc kept shutting off randomly. Went to Carlos and we talked and narrowed down what could be the issue. He realized it was overheating and told me how to fix it. My pc now does not shut off and is working great. Carlos is the man !

Carlos did a fantastic job in fixing my 10-year-old HP Pavilion laptop. It had a drive replacement and virus lockup issues but with his excellent knowledge of computers, he quickly resolved all my problems on the laptop.
