The home inspector Kyle Scott had already begun the inspection prior to my arrival. He began to explain all that was being inspected and even added some of his own visual interpretations to items that were not part of the inspection…some things that may become a concern in later years. He was very professional and knowledgeable about about within his field of expertise. He provided a great price and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector.

Truly the most reliable person anyone could ever ask for when it comes to a home inspection. This is my first time purchasing a home and Kyle was able to answer every question that I had brought up in a well educated and professional opinion in mind. From start to finish when it comes to wanting a detail oriented experience Kyle was able to provide that. Being that he is the first person you speak to on first contact instead of AI or a receptionist, you get the details from the man doing the job. Now that for me makes the price all the way worth it. If you go anywhere else you’ll pay barely a bit less for much less quality I am sure of it. And whats better is even if you are confused on anything, Kyle breaks it down for you in a way that you can understand. And the inspection reflects exactly what he tells you in person and he will call out anything and everything big and small.
