I called DOA Pest Control after a referral and spoke with a very helpful technician. He listened carefully, asked good questions about where we’d been seeing bites, and walked me through inexpensive, practical steps I could try myself first as they likely don't service our particular problem. He explained how everything works, what I might and might not do — and was clear about when it would make sense to call a pro. His guidance saved me time and money and made me feel less panicked; as he said, “I’m just trying to help you… without spending a lot of money.” I appreciated his straightforward, caring approach and will call back if the problem turns out to be fleas or if DIY measures don’t work. Highly recommend for thoughtful, cost-conscious advice!!!!!

Poor service not even worth trying worst customer service lady who answer phone is very rude. Do not even try to go there. Very unprofessional. They are there to take you money and not return anything back. there are lot better companies out there. we thought its a local business we should support them but its not worth supporting them.

Amalia, the treatment specialist, is always very professional and shares her knowledge with the tenants as preventative measures.

Not very happy they came twice to my house they used a spray can on the inside to get rid of my German roaches but they are back again not very happy

I recommended it once, but the price went up the next time. Maybe the price of the flea killer went up, or I don't know, but it's good.

Illegally parked in fire lane for over 20 min at the HEB st 1604/281. Unsafe,unprofessional. Wife and I choking on fumes as we filled up our 5 gallon water for the week. Truck there from the time we walked into the store until the time we left.
