`From my initial call and explanation of what I needed to have done, (seal my shed) to the two actual men who came and did the work, I had nothing but a positive experience. They were friendly, knowledgeable and reassured me that my issues/concerns of critters living under my shed would be resolved with the mesh wiring and one way out trap door...which is very humane. I was fortunate to get a military discount which is always appreciated. Highly recommend this company. They are very knowledgeable, on time, experienced, and when they get to work, they do not stop until the mission is completed. Go no further in your quest for critter removal or extermination. These guys are "Pros" in all aspects of the word.

We had something in our attic and our normal pest control guys would not come out an evaluate since they thought it was bigger than a mouse. Critter one came out the same day we called to inspect. Gave detailed photos and plan up front. I'm not going to lie, these guys are extremely expensive - $1300 for our specific needs. Husband looked up some of the items used after and were about 20% of the costs. But they were fast, thorough and hopefully we aren't going to have a raccoon in our attic ever again now that all entry points are sealed. 15 month warranty.

The technicians were PHENOMENAL. Unfortunately, the traps only captured one of the 7 skunks in our yard. Miguel went above and beyond and caught 6 by hand on his last visit.

My appointment was scheduled between 12:00 and 1:00 pm. Chris was right on time. He did a thorough spray around the house. He took his time and did the foundation, windows and eaves. Nothing was missed. Then he came inside, determined what I was having issues with and completed the inside checking all under sink cabinets. Chris was professional and polite. I am extremely happy with the service I received. I highly recommend Critter One. They educate as they go so I have a complete understanding of what products they use how they work and what to look for.

I noticed bumping in my bedroom wall at night and found an opening under the edge of the stucco outside. I contacted Critter 1 and they responded immediately. The next day a service person located several possible entry points for possible rodents. I was shown detailed pictures after the walk around and drone flight. The following day all entry points sealed, spayed and traps layed. Follow up schedule next week for more spray and trap check. The tech also repaired my broken fence and garage molding. I should of had this company come out during my initial home purchase insect and rodent inspection. Lesson learned they will be added to my list of pre inspection home purchase list.

I was a crying mess! I’m terrified of bats. I had an ear infection and our car just got stolen so it was my breaking point for a bat to get in our house! The younger guy, I think his name may be Frank, was so kind and helpful. Their prices are reasonable especially since they guarantee their work and know what they are talking about.
