I normally don’t leave reviews, but EVERYONE be warned. This company is a TOTAL SCAM. They sold me a bunch of garbage that I didn’t need, charged an outrageous amount, and still didn’t fix the issue. It felt more like dealing with a con operation than a real business. How many times have you paid for a service and ended up in a worse position than when you started? Well, with Critter One you are in for a treat! They’ll try to nickel and dime you to death with additional fees and vague explanations. The different crews they sent were made up of teenagers who clearly had no idea what they were doing with absolutely no support — zero professionalism, absolutely zero results. Avoid this company unless you want to overpay for incompetence. Absolute waste of money. Also, let me prep you for their canned responses to customer issues. Someone will go on and on about the guarantee I received and that they tried to make it right (tough to make things right after getting them wrong five times. Critter One admitted they dropped the ball and rejected a refund due gross incompetence and claimed for the fifth time they would finally make it right. It's best you all hire a reputable company that actually knows what they are doing. "We sold you a guarantee and tried to make things right" in 3, 2, 1.........
