I was really impressed with how quickly they responded to my call and kept me updated every step of the way. The crew was friendly, showed up on time and explained what they were doing. Communication was top notch.

Does not show up on time or sometimes at all. Took 9 weeks to show up finally to spray and managed to show up at the end of the day, puttingmy family out for several hours. Horrible company, does not care about people whatsoever. Likely only in business due to contracts with leasing companies.

He arrived when he said he would, and worked very quickly. My parents were very appreciative of his work and how thorough he was. They haven’t seen any ants since and will keep calling Colt whenever they need good work.

This company recently bought out NuWay Pest Control. A new owner has taking over. My first service with Colt was in May 2025. I was told the service would only be for the external of the home because Colt no longer provides internal home service. After a week of the initial service, insects were coming out every where inside my home including large ant piles externally. It was time for my second quarterly service, when I explained my issue to Brian. I explained that I was not happy with the new service since new owner took over the company. I asked for a redo for my first service and I was told no. Brian stated I had to pay for my service even though I was not happy with the first service and it did not work. He refused to help or understand my concerns. He has now lost me as a customer. I have been with NuWay for over 30 years of service and always been happy with no issues. Now because of this one incident, where the owner is cutting cost to provide a lower quality service for only external service, Colt has lost a customer. Do not use their service. You will waste your money. I do not recommend this new company. Horrible customer service.

I live in a community serviced by this company and we watched him only spray put back fence when they were specifically told to treat the inside and outside. He only treated my back fence and then left.

Extremely Disappointed – Ongoing Infestation and Unprofessional Behavior Leaving this review anonymously due to concerns about retaliation, but I feel it’s important to warn others. I’ve been dealing with a severe pest problem for over three months, and unfortunately, this company has failed to resolve the issue despite repeated treatments. The infestation continues, and I have seen little to no progress. I trusted them to handle the situation professionally, but it has been nothing but frustrating. What’s worse is the behavior of the owner. Instead of addressing concerns respectfully, he became argumentative, rude, and even threatened to stop the service that has already been paid for — simply because complaints were made about the lack of effectiveness. This is not how a professional should treat customers who are already under stress dealing with a serious pest issue. I do not recommend this company. Save your money and peace of mind — look elsewhere for pest control services that actually deliver results and treat customers with respect.
