Been with Beeline for over 5 years. They consistently do an excellent job. We don’t have a pest problem. On the rare occasion (usually in very dry conditions), we see pests in the home after a recent visit (within 60 days), they will come out again without extra charge. They are very responsive. No odor, non-toxic and we have a dog. Highly recommend.

We have been having problems with flies and ants lately (we've lived here 13 years, and this is the first time). Jacob was amazing - very patient with all my questions and assured me that he could take care of the issue. Within 30 minutes of him leaving - the ants were gone and the only fly I saw was dead. He also provided some ideas on how to seal up windows more effectively. I'm so happy with the service we received (and cheaper than our previous service provider).

It sounds great at first I thought I would be saving money but I wasn’t. If you have a problem before the 3 months you have to pay full price again or you get what they call a spot treatment which means they will only spray where ever the spider or bug was standing nowhere else. That doesn’t sound right to me the bugs or spiders will continue coming in if no one is spraying the entrance. I was told they would retreat if there was a problem within the 3 months without being charged again but that’s not true. The technician that came out was nice the woman you deal with on the phone is only nice until you sign up.

If you want to waste your time work with this company. After a review of the pest control companies, I contacted them for a one time treatment with such high hope to get into the quarterly treatment with them. Got an appointment on Friday morning 9am and made it clear if the technician would be around the time as I had another business to attend later in the day. On the day of appointment after an hour from the appt time, I contacted them and they said “oh the appointment times are a window of 2 hours, not an exact time”. I wish they could have told it upfront at first. I ended up canceling the appointment as they could not honor their own appointment.

I am so happy with my overall experience with Beeline. Both the customer service and technician were very knowledgeable and kind. I am so happy I went with Beeline. Jose was amazing! We hadn't been able to schedule an appointment due to availability. But we were able to get serviced today. We were very lucky to get "Tito" to do our servicing. Now when My wife requested the service. We requested that complete service inside and out. But apparently Tito only got the message about outside servicing. But, he was more than happy to get us taken care of. We told him about where we had seen some roaches and what they look like, he saw a couple of dead ones in our Den area. He was able to do the complete interior of the house as well without hesitation. Very polite, very professional, very informative, and just very pleasant person and with great customer service skills. Wanted to find out if we can get him for our next service call. Beeline Pest Control always sends out their professional techs to get the job done. They service my home quarterly and do the inside as well as the outside. The spray they use is Pet friendly which is a plus not to mention the spray is completely odorless.
