We always have a great experience! We’ve had Paul do our service twice and another who I cannot remember the name of. They’re always very careful around my baby’s toys and play areas, and they explain what they treated or found and if you need to avoid the area or not. They’re also good about explaining how often certain type of bugs need to be treated. If I see any type of bug anywhere they typically have someone out to retreat within a day or so!!

Paul came out today to do my quarterly pest control services. He sprayed the whole outside of the house & garage. He did a wonderful job as well inside the house, especially in the kitchen area. He was more than thorough & very friendly as always! I always request Paul every time!

My experience with this pest control service was quite detailed because I had multiple issues at once, including small cockroaches in the kitchen and occasional spiders in corners. The technician didn’t treat everything the same way; he actually separated problem types and applied different methods. Gel bait was used for cockroaches while light spray was used in corner areas. He also pointed out that clutter behind storage items was contributing to the issue. I appreciated the clarity and structured approach. Over time, pest sightings reduced significantly and the house now feels much more manageable.

Paul is the best!!! We have had him for years and have NO bugs! Will continue to use them!
