The office staff was kind and helpful when we called to schedule the appointment and request information. The technician that came out, Josh, was super friendly and super helpful! He explained the questions we had regarding the pests in our home with thorough knowledge. He was also super considerate of the fact that our baby was sleeping upon his arrival.
