Was good until recently. I had been with Enviro Tech for pest control for a good while until now. I don't remember the last time they've come out for a treatment. I've called 4x since January with a promise of calling back. Never hear back from them. I'm no longer willing to work with this company and do not recommend them to others.

I called on Tuesday and spoke with Ben. He came out the next day and sprayed inside and outside. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he let me follow him around asking questions the whole time.

I love this company for my pest control needs! I used two other companies before Enviro-Tech and was not nearly as satisfied. They are also quite flexible with their schedule, which we love.

We’ve had a few with this company and I’ve given them more than enough time to make it right before posting this review. Our service mysteriously stopped in the summer of 2020 for about 5 months and after our yard was filled with weeds I called and talked to the owner Brian. He said our service was stopped because they switched billing systems. After a few calls he made it right and didn’t charge our monthly service charge for a few months. Fast forward to the fall of 2021 and our yard filled with weeds again. I made a couple of phone calls before I got a return call and was told that they changed products and that I didn’t need the weed service every 3 months so once again we went 5 months without treatment and only received treatment once I called to complain. When I spoke to Brian in November and told him I was ready to cancel he encouraged me to keep the service until after January 1st because we would then receive another lawn treatment as well as a pest treatment. January and February have come and gone and we have yet to receive either of these treatments. I have called and left 2 messages as well as spoke to someone and was told Brian would call me back. Still no phone call so I am out the money that we paid for January. We received a lot of excuses and empty promises with this company. Not to mention 3 times that they left the gate open and our dog could have gotten out. I should have gone with my first instinct and cancelled in 2020 when our service was first cancelled in error. Don’t waste your time.

Leslye was very courteous, explained all details related to my pest concerns, what to watch for, ways to prevent future problems, and very thorough in explaining my options for ongoing quarterly treatments. Thanks so much!

We always call Brian when we need HVAC service or repair. I know he will fix the issue quickly for a fair price. My daughter and sister-in-law also have had great experiences with Brian and Enviro-Tech.

I have friends who have used this company for years. So when I saw termites I was glad to know I could call someone I could trust. Brian, the owner, came out to specifically check and make sure this was indeed termites. Thank God, it was the beginning of what could have been a bad situation. Brian and I chatted for quite some time as he explained everything he would do. I also have a problem with carpenter ants and mosquitos, so I signed up for the once a month mosquito plan. I have many butterflies and bumble bees. He assured me the chemical he used would not hurt these. He was absolutely correct. They are still flying around and I have not had a problem with mosquitos. Brian seems to take a personal interest in his clients needs and I always get a call before they come out. I will be using Enviro-Tech as my go-to for all my pest control needs.

These are good people and I have used them for years. They are always very kind and reasonably priced too!

The prices and customer service are great. Highly recommended.
