We have been with First Strike Pest Control for almost three years. They are nothing short of fabulous. Kirk takes care of us everytime and goes above and beyond.

We have been using First Strike Pest Control since moving to Texas. Kirk is fantastic to work with and will explain all the details of what is needed to keep your yard and house free from pest. Kirk can explain in layman terms everything that may need to be done or what can be done. This is a Family own and operated business right here in Texas. I will continue to use First Strike Pest Control for all my pest control needs.

They went above and beyond what we called them for. We had a gnat infestation that they got rid of in a matter of minutes. They also sprayed for ants without extra charge. Will will definitely use them for now on.

Kirk is the best in the business. Always timely and professional. He services our personal home and rental homes. Anytime a tenant has had an issue, he has often moved his schedule in order to provide same-day service. Love working with this family owned company. They are local, friendly, and they guarantee their services. I have never worked with a pest control company that guarantees their services like they do. The best part is that I’ve never had to use the guarantee because the product has always worked the first time. I have worked with this company since 2016 and I highly recommend them. The first time I was in a bind and had fire ants crawling all over my front porch. They arrived the same day that I called and voila no more fire ants. I have them every year to spray as a preventative measure. One time, after I moved into a new place, I thought I had termites and I was so nervous. They talked with me and asked me to describe the ants. They were able to assure me that it was not termites. They came out soon thereafter and sprayed for the actual type of ants that I had a problem with. Highly recommend this company. Shout out to Shane for being friendly, informative, and helpful.

If you haven't used First Strike before, now is the time to start! I was out jogging in our neighborhood one day and saw their truck. I called to see if they could come spray my yard. They were there the next day! That was 4-5 years ago. Karen, Shane & Kirk have been taking care of me ever since. Karen is always so good to remind me quarterly to do the regular spraying. Kirk & Shane have also rescued me from varments that sneak up in the attic and go above and beyond to make sure that doesn't happen again. These folks are the real deal!

I have used First Strike Pest Control for many years. They have been very reliable and responsive. I like to have the first appointment of the day and they are wonderful about setting that up for me. They notify me in advance and give me optional day/times for my service. Shane is my service person and he’s been great. If I have any issues in between service visits, he comes out to retreat at no cost. Because of covid I’ve only had him spray outside and it’s worked great. I do miss the interaction and conversations with him...hopefully that will be possible soon. I highly recommend this company!

A squirrel found its way into our attic early today. We had a squirrel do $1,200 worth of damage at our last house, so we wanted it taken care of as soon as possible. We called First Strike and spoke with Karen. (Every other place we called went straight to voice mail.) Karen arranged for Shane Woods to come out in just a few hours. Shane quickly found where the squirrel had found its way into our attic, repaired the opening, put a trap in place, and ensured that everything was properly taken care of before leaving. Shane was polite and professional. We highly recommend First Strike and Shane Woods and won't hesitate to use their services again should the need arise.

We live on Lake Ray Hubbard. First Strike comes quarterly. Since they have been coming I rarely see any bugs. Having them quarterly, I do not have to wait until pest show up. Living close to the water usually means lots of cockroaches and spiders. I rarely see those and when I do it is generally dead or dying. I will get additional ants...mostly from Crepe Myrtles and all I have to do is call and Frist Strike comes back out and takes care of them for me. Beyond that I highly recommend them for always being on time, respectful of my time, clean and professional when they are here.

We have been using First Strike Pest Control since 2009 when we bought our first home! We still use them for all of our unwanted pest needs. I can’t say enough good things about this company. We moved last July and needed a chigger treatment at our new place quick. Kirk treated our yard and it worked great! We have the quarterly service to stay ahead of any unwanted bugs or spiders and they always call to get me scheduled so I don’t miss a treatment. Love everything about this company and I highly recommend them for any pest problems or just preventative quarterly treatments.
