Extremely unpunctual. They said between 8a-5p, they showed up to my door at 5:58. I had to rearrange my whole schedule to accommodate for their notice. There note said the unit needs to be empty and empty for an addition 3-4 hours so the place can ventilate. no pets: I had to go into work late so I can drop my pet off at a boarding school. That’s me missing work and money and actually having to pay for a service that was barely even needed). And when they did come, all they did was spray behind the fridge. No place else. I’ve reported an issue with ants multiple times and I know them “spraying” behind the fridge isn’t going to help any. Go anywhere else for services

Ridiculous. Don’t think they’ve even been spraying here but just leaving a card to act like they diss the roaches have gotten 10xs worse than they were when we moved here!!! Better off doing it yourself. Avoid avoid avoid

Awful company. Was told they were going to inspect the house but they showed up and were about to treat it without even an inspection. We have pets so we could not allow it at that moment. We were told to reschedule but it took 5 days and me calling them twice and one of the times they claimed theyre scheduler was in a meeting and she'd call me afterwards(never happened) before I finally got through to her. Then only for her to claim we were the ones who claimed we didnt want an inspection and for it to be treated already. Completely untrue that did not happen the guy showed up ready to treat the place but they company refused to acknowledge that and called me a liar and said my version of events were untrue. Then proceeded to tell me they were gonna charge us because there guy came out for an inspection but was told to treat the house but couldn't so there's a trip charge cause he did nothing(why would he not still at least inspect the house like he was originallysupposed to do like they claimed and we believed would happen?). But No, thats not true he was not told to treat the house, that is a straight up a lie and they will lie to your face to DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.

I just had Webbs Pest Control show up to my apartment at Beamer Place unannounced when they were supposed to come on Friday 05/02/2025. We had all the kitchen and bathroom drawers empty and the furniture moved away from the walls. This morning when pest control came they told me that they couldn't spray because I did not clear the kitchen and bathroom counter tops off. I told them to let clear the counters off and and the tall white guy told me that they didn't have any time for me to do that and he had an attitude with me. On the paper the I received from management it did not say anything about clearing the bathroom and kitchen counters. I was not prepared to take off and leave my apartment for 4 hours because pest control showed up unannounced and I don't feel comfortable leaving certain items around that they might steal from me if I left my apartment for them spray. This is my complaint against the 3 people that came here this morning to Beamer Place.

Absolutely horrible experience …totally disrespected by the scheduler and dismissed because I complained about their worker. I will not take it lying down everyone has a boss, and every company has a license.

I have been working with Webb Pest Control for many years in the apartment industry & they have great customer service! Quick to respond & resolve any issues.

Centra partners uses this company. My apartments are owned by centra partners. I should not have to explain further other than that working with centra partners is indicative of quality of service, as centra partners has a rat problem in Houston , with rats the size of kittens but, I will. The spray that they use for roaches does absolutely nothing other than piss off the roaches. If you are paying for this company’s service, you would get more value out of a can of raid and punching bugs with your bare fists.

Webb's Pest Control has several employees who are lazy irresponsible uncaring and DISHONEST. You have to watch them like children. Getting them to do their job is like pulling theeth. Next week will be the third time in 3 weeks I will try again

Good company

Not sure how this company still in business. My landlord used them and when the guy came out he did absolutely nothing. He could barely speak English, he requested to spray for pest I don’t have, and wasted my time. I came here and looked at the reviews before and I’m so disappointed that a big company would use them and who are keeping them in business. I mean the guy literally did nothing and asked me to sign a work order. I refused because he didn’t complete the work. I also called and emailed Marian which still no call back or email. This company should be avoided!

There were out twice to treat bees at my home. It was never resolved. I still have bees

COMPLETELY TRASH APARTMENT OWNERS AND MANAGERS PUT BAD COMPANIES LIKE THIS OUT OF BUSINESS STOP USING THEM. I just moved into a complex and it was infested with roaches, so the company uses webbs. Here we are a few days later the roaches still live on. So looking at my indoor camera the big lazy fat guy wasn’t even going to do the bedroom until he seen the camera. Not only was it bad work, he was in and out in 3 minutes flat. Apartment owners and management, there is a way to put companies like this out of business. Don’t use them. Yes the price may be cheaper. But after repeated attempts you have paid more than hiring a company to do the job correctly the first time

Specifically asked not to spray my apartment because I have cats I wasn't able to remove from the home and they ignored my request and sprayed right over my cat's food

You know I just found out you have to give him at least a one-star rating. And that's so sad because they're not worth even a one-star rating. if it was the only company in the world I would do it myself they are the worst absolutely the man came in my house and he put two fingers he acted like he was afraid to look not only that but the company did nothing at all for us to get rid of my problem so if I were y'all please go somewhere else

This pest control company is awful. My rental uses them for pest control and I have requested numerous times to have them come and perform treatment at my house and they simply do not show up. I have spiders everywhere and fire ant mounts all over my back yard now simple because they do not show up when requested. Look for any other company before calling these jokers.

What a horrible HORRIBLE company. This is the company my apartment goes through for extermination services. They're supposed to come out every Monday to spray and just stopped coming after doing it twice. It's like they didn't do anything. Bugs still persisted. Recently was told they were coming to do a mandatory clean out (take everything out, be gone for hours, etc), the same guy who comes to spray every Monday came, sprayed once in the kitchen and bathroom and then left. That SAME night, we found more roaches than we've seen before in our pantry and THEN we found roach babies for the first time in our cabinet. How do you not only not do your job, but also somehow make it worse?? We called the apartment to complain and she didn't seem surprised that they didn't do the mandatory clean out that they were paid by the apartment to do. She said she'll have them come out and actually do the whole clean out but at this point I just want to hire our own company to do it. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. Just close your business.

I love in an apartment and they had informed me it was going to be sprayed. No problem. When I was arriving to my apartment the door was wide open. I called and the manager said they couldn't get in because the top lock was locked. Funny because I was at work all day, so how did I get out? I tried to explain this to the manager and she tried talking over me. Said go ahead and call the police if you have a problem. Bottom line, they entered my apartment, didn't spray, left the door open then lied about it. Tried to find corporate number to complain.

They came into my apt with no notice and sprayed the chemicals even though I had 3 pets in the apt, when I got home I called the number on the paper they left and asked if the chemicals were safe for pets, she would not give me a for sure answer but after asking a few more time she said “if your in the apt u need to get out” WHAT???? U come in with no notice and spray TOXIC CHEMICALS with obvious evidence of pets?? She said she would call me back to let me know exactly where he sprayed and never got a call back. Unprofessional!!!

This company is TOPS in my book! Uniformed, professional service people. Lorena and Maria in the office always answer my questions and work with me on multiple plans. Marianne, always meets and exceeds our expectations! I work for a property management company and they treat several of our rentals and apartments, dealing with our tenants. This is a great Company! Wish I could give more stars than 5!

Product is water down

My review is NOT about the Webb pest control as a whole. Just Brian, I have had this company come service my home three times and the fourth time they sent Brian. Mind you we just moved in the home. The people who lived in it previously were disgusting. He was and is soooooooo thorough which is what anyone who is having any pest control issues wants. I have a 5 month old and a nine year old. Need I say more? He was taking apart drawers and going in crevices the previous people looked over. He had a logical answer for every question that I had and I have anxiety so I asked around 47 questions probably. He was polite and to be honest.....I feel like had they sent him the first time then I wouldn't have needed multiple visits afterwards. My advice to the company is to take workers who are thorough and solve issues train the rest of the lazy workers that are costing your company money. I won't even let another person in my home for pest control services. He is only one person but if you want your issue actually RESOLVED....ask for the roach Jesus. 😉
