To Kindred: You need to train your salespeople how to read a NO SOLICITING sign. Yes, they apply to you too! You see one of those signs at the entrance to a neighborhood, you turn around and leave. Will continue to call the police if we see you here again. I would not use your services for that simple fact. Ignoring a homeowner and withholding information when asked is not the way to create trust in your company. Do Not Come Back.

I get it, it was a stormy day. Not a day to be outside. I had no argument with not doing closet, but to leave without telling us or to ask if there was any other places that we wanted to have sprayed was not a good look.
