This company sucks. They are WAY too expensive for what you get. The bugs never go away after their visits. The techs are nice people but put forth very little effort to get the job done. THEY PUT YOU ON A CONTRACT FOR 18 MONTHS. So while you’re paying over $900 per year you can’t get out of it and when I called to discover this, their customer service rep thought it was funny. Horrible. Hired them because I had mice. Came over and "put traps around" didn't come back to check if anything had been caught. Called them to come back. Turns out the traps were put down without bait. Contacted supervisor and came back to do an inspection. He left saying they'll make an appointment for them to come back. Didn't come back. I keep calling and calling until they canceled my account. Mind you I paid over $1000 for services. Finally a supervisor came back and put down some boxes o
