I continue to be impressed with all the service technicians from Unique Outdoors. We have used their system for about four years and every technician that has been at our home has been completely professional and courteous.

We had our Mosquito system installed about 7-8 years ago. It definitely has drastically reduced our Mosquito issues. I notice how bad it could be when I go to other people's homes that have no Mosquito treatments at all. There might be cheaper ways: DIY treatments, occasional spray treatments as needed, etc. We like the convenience of someone else just taking care of it all. We rarely have to think about it and it makes a big difference for us and our neighbors benefit from it also.... so no complaints here.

We’ve used Unique Outdoor for years. They installed our mosquito system and landscape lighting. They continue with our quarterly maintenance on our mosquito system, and they’re always exceptionally responsive, courteous, and easy to work with. The Unique Mosquito tech, Richie, was very friendly, professional and thorough. He identified the issues and explained what needed to be done. He then cleaned the tank, filter and lines before refilling the tank and made sure everything was operating properly! Richie was excellent and finished the job quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with this company and service!

We had the mosquito system installed a couple years ago and have been very pleased with all aspects from set up to maintenance. We had them back out a few months ago to disconnect the system because we were having a pool installed, and have since had the system reconnected. I’ve been using Unique Outdoor for our Mosquito misting system for 12 years. They are always reliable, on time and easy to work with. What I like best about my plan is I have maybe 80 mister nozzles.. Besides the house I have misters on our fence. They check every single mister every two months (I’ve a huge tank, maybe 120 gallons) and replace any damaged nozzles.

I recently bought my house that had this system installed. Company is super proactive. Lady on the phone (older one of the 2) is super helpful and went the extra mile supporting my questions and timelines. Tech that came out did a great job, cleaned the barrel, changed my clogged filter and did an extra spray that day for Gnats. Overall 5 star service.

We’ve used Unique Outdoor Mosquitoes for a couple of years, and unfortunately it has been a waste of money. Our backyard continues to have mosquito issues, and at no point did the company check in or ask how well the service was working. When I suggested they conduct some kind of a customer survey, the employee that I was speaking with, got defensive, and informed me that they have thousands of customers, i.e. no time to make any such contact. The only time they came out to evaluate the situation was after I called to complain, and the suggestions they made were not helpful. In hindsight, I would never choose this vendor and should have gone with a different provider that actually cares about my business and delivers better results.

Does it work? Yes with the right guidance. If you live in the south you’re delusional to expect zero mosquitos especially dependent if your property has drains, trees and/or areas with standing water or near bodies of water. Unique Outdoor gave us guidance on managing our drains as well to further decrease mosquitos. If you’re allergic to mosquitos or tend to be an attractant, having misters makes a huge difference. Before we had the misting system my husband could not sit outside for more than a few minutes. Recommend if you want stress free service, good responsiveness and consistency. You can argue that you can mix your own drum of mosquitos repellent and it would be cheaper, but you may not be able to guarantee you have the time to inspect your nozzles regularly, make repairs immediately if inspection determines faulty nozzle, have areas taken down and put back up for low cost if there is damage from weather or you need any construction done. This company manages the entire system and maintenance as long as they are providing refills. They communicate well via phone, email and text. Been using company for about 5 years. They are great. They even upgraded our system to wireless with our permission (if there was a cost it was fair and minimal). When state was installed it was a 2 step process. Person came out and mapped out nozzle placement recommendation and provided quote. I was not home when the came. Then they return to install. Installation very professional and discreet. You have to look closely to see misters.

We had an out door misting system installed and serviced by unique outdoors. It works great and they do a good job keeping it up.

Mark was extremely helpful and willing to offer his advise on what would work best for us. Extremely happy with the job that they did. We had a few requests after completion and they worked to get them done. 1 issue arose after 11 months and they resolved that . Could not recommend highly enough.
