I had general pest control and rodent service that was done by Darrell. He was very professional and courteous. I felt bad asking him so many questions, but he answered them all without hesitation. He helped me to understand how and why certain procedures are done. He even called me the following day to explain changes that conflicted with my HOA. My experience so far with this company has been great service.

Jalen immediately responded to my search for a specialist via Yelp. He was quickly able to get the paperwork to me to have him come out that same day. He provided me a 2 hour window and called before on his way. He was on time and quickly got to work. He showed me all that he did and said that I could call him directly within any needs I may have before his return the next month.

This is my first experience with Truforce. My former exterminator retired. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was today. My agent let me know he was on his way, showed up on time, explained everything he would be doing--sprayed my front and back yard as well as inside--he explained everything he was doing and was so knowledgeable, friendly and conscientious. So thankful I found this agency!

Called in on 08/03/26 talk to a guy about their services. He gave me a quote i agreed to it he then sent of the forms for me to fill out i did and I also asked if they could come out on this coming Saturday and he said not a problem we will get somebody out there just call back when I can after filling out the paperwork. I called on 08/04/26 and was told by someone else that they couldn't come out this Saturday after I was told that they could get someone out on that day is this how you treat new customers
