I started seeing random flies (not fruit flies) in my home. I like to consider myself someone who keeps their home immaculate so I wasn’t understanding where this was coming from. They immediately agreed to come out the next day for an inspection and remove what could potentially be something dead in the attic and treat for the flies. My appointment was scheduled with a window of 2-4pm. I woke up the following morning to a spider large enough to cover the palm of my hand plastered to the corner of a wall on the third level of my home (no one could reach it). I called Total Pest Elimination in a panic and I was having a complete meltdown. Needless to say they immediately picked up and assured me they could get someone here earlier. About 30-40 minutes later Juan was calling me to let me know he was in route. He arrived within the next 10 minutes and I felt like a first responder was here to save my life! Juan didn’t show up on time. He showed up EARLY! He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He educated me on a number of things and assured me that everything was going to be fine. I cannot thank Juan and Total Pest Elimination enough for rescuing me! My next move I will be calling them for recurring treatments to ensure my family and I are safe!
