Texas Termite Terminators

If I could give this company zero stars, I would do that... The following are my reasons: 1) they don't answer the phone, 2) they don't respond to emails, 3) they don't show up to perform quarterly pest control (last visit was Aug 2023, today is April 2024)... would not recommend or do business with again.

Be careful! They will swindle people into quarterly pest control. Make sure to clearly state you only want one-time service otherwise they will trick you into quarterly service. Do not use them. The owner lies and tricks you into additional services.

We hired them prior to purchasing a new home as part of an inspection. They found nothing. A few months later we paid for a second inspection as we found termites on our own . We paid for inspection inside and outside .... they never stepped foot inside the house during that inspection saying they only saw signs in the spot we showed them. He treated the area and said they would call when the area was drying out. 2 months later we found more termites and they want to charge again.They said they never did any treatment and will not come back out to honor their policy. Run from this company. They are not thorough nor do they back their services.

THE WORST!! They never answer their phone - even during business hours. Every time I've called I get the voicemail and rarely get a call back. It takes at least two voicemails to receive a call back. I had my regular service in August and have been seeing roaches around the house and just outside the house so I called to have them come fix the problem. I've called 5 times. Each time I get the voicemail. No call back. I sent an email - no response. I don't understand how this business works if they don't answer their phone! They should have come here immediately after I called the first time and taken care of the problem. This is so unprofessional and rude. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
