Mark was always so quick to respond to any questions I had. He was very professional and explained his process very well. When he wasn’t please with the temperatures my house reached he moved his heaters to make sure everything was done properly. I am so relieved. When I got home the house was just as he explained it would be. While I hope I never had to use this company again (because I never want the bugs again), I would definitely call Mark first!!! Thank you!!!

Mark & Ray did a great job inspecting for termites and taking photos to show me what was taking place in an attic of one of our project homes, once the problem was found they promptly took care of it. They also do routine pest control for our home and rental properties. Great work all around!

Friendly, professional, and honest.

An exterminator is my 2nd favorite person, after the garbage person. Texas State really meets every expectation! After using them for a quarterly roach spray, I called them when I was horrified to find bed bugs in my children’s room! They came out quickly and the bugs were gone the next morning! Lastly, our dog found a poor squirrel and Ray came and took cate of everything! If you are looking for a reliable all service exterminator Texas State will not disappoint!

Quick and easy pest control! Very professional and straightforward service! T.S.P.M. pretty much heats your house from the inside out for a couple of hours (4 to 8) to completely kill all the critters entirely from your home. This will also kick out anything and not want them to come back since it'll be so hot for so long—forcing them to look somewhere else to stay.

After battling these nasty critters for almost a month and spending over $1000 doing so unsuccessfully, we were BLESSED with finding Mark and company. First of all, he was very reassuring when we spoke on the phone. Then, after he contacted a local company and discovered that they would not be able to treat our home for 6 weeks, he came from Houston to Fort Worth to help us. He and his crew were professional, friendly, reassuring, caring, and competent. We have been free of bedbugs for 3 months now. We can't praise or thank Texas State Pest Management enough.
