My family was impressed not just by his friendliness and professionalism, but his knowledge and quick work. I had a very terrifying pest sighting late in the night. Afraid, I immediately started calling for services. I contacted Will at Safe Space Pest Services and a couple of other "big box" brands. Due to the hour, understandably none could get out there at that time, but all promised first thing in the morning. Hearing the fear in my voice, Will was the only one who contacted me very early that next morning and said he was on his way and promised to take care of my issue. Will was prompt, thorough, and very professional. He thoroughly checked my home to find the source of the issue. He then fully explained things to me and took his time to make fixes that woukd ensure I would not have the issue again. After he left my home, I felt safe again and confident that all the things had been done to resolve my issue. Will even called me a couple days later to see how things were going.
