We have been Orkin customers for almost four years. We have had three different technicians in that time. They have all been good but Dre, our newest technician, is by far the best. On his initial visit a few months ago he gave a comprehensive assessment of our property and serviced inside and outside with care. I've had this service for a while and was going to cancel in December due to budget but was made an offer with a discounted rate going forward that was WITHIN MY BUDGET. Not only was this new rate not honored, I was told the offer was made by an employee that no longer worked there. I was charged more than I was originally paying. So disappointed as a customer that was previously very happy with their service that they refused to honor the rate i was offered and instead just allowed me to cancel

Orkin always provides exceptional service, but my experience with the Pearland AKA Fulshear/Katy location is the worst ever. They are non responsive and just don’t care to help their customers. They don’t follow through as advertised and cancel their appointments with no notice and via text messages after waiting 3:45 of a 3 hour window! I would never recommend this location and they are a disgrace to the Orkin brand! 1 star is because I couldn’t get a review submitted with a No Star selectio
