This company is amazing! I never have issues getting a hold of anyone. They are quick to respond and provide prompt services as needed. I used them when I first moved into my house and when my contract ended, I tried another company called Aptive. I could not continue that contract with Active, they were impossible to get a hold of. Aptive didn’t show up a couple times after saying they did when I was home all day. The pest were not taken care of either I had so many bugs in my home. I went back to Natran and I couldn’t be happier. It truly feels good when you spend hard earned money on a company, that cares. I love my bug free home. Reed is awesome so kind and actually works and he’s efficient. I am a forever, Natran customer.

The team always communicates clearly and lets us know when they're coming.. They are typically prompt and I'd say we do pretty well compared to the rest of our neighbors in terms of having a Mosquito free environment.

I usually give 5 stars but this time I had to remind him to do the whole kitchen because he started to leave after just spraying under the sink. Maybe he's just new and needs better training??? I hope he did the whole bathroom. I did appreciate that he did such a thorough job on the outside, especially in this heat!

Excellent service from start to finish. I called and spoke to Sara and she was so informative and courteous so I made an appointment right away for service. Lorenzo did and outstanding job. He explained what service he was going to provide and really represented Natran Green very well. Did a detailed inspection in my attic and even observed we had a slow leak from the roof that we didn't know of. He patiently answered all my questions and explained the ins and outs of the different pests. Will definitely recommend this company.
