I have a huge bug phobia. Called Elessar and he came quick!!! First of all this guy is knowledgeable and not scared of anything like me. He reassured and gave me a reasonable quote for my roach issue in an apartment. He is always responsive and friendly. It’s all about removing the problem but also being realistic and following his guidance on getting rid of these ugly creatures. He takes the extra step and that’s what most companies won’t do. I bet you that. I’ve been seeing improved results due to his work and will continue to use him as my go to pest guy in Houston.

Unprofessional over the phone, explained my situation and was estimated too much, went elsewhere. Please answer your business phone in a professional manner stating your business name, please don't belittle potential customers over the phone. Do better. Too many other pest solutions out there to be that rude. UPDATE: it WAS you. You gave me a price and I simply questioned it because I called several places and you belittled me like you couldn't be bothered by me asking why your price was so different. I'm reducing my initial 3 stars to 2 for trying to get out of it.

Needed Maximo Termite and Pest Solutions to provide termite treatment before closing on property. Contacted Maximo, was given a more than fair price and very prompt service. Received invoice and proper documentation the same day services were rendered. Will have Maximo returning to provide other pest control services.

Excellent professional service! I heard scratching in my walls and some noises coming from the attic. I looked online and the first to respond was Maximo Termite and Pest Solutions. A licensed professional exterminator could be at my house within the hour! Elessar L. arrived and immediately got to work checking the outside, inside, eaves, attic and garage and found the problem. He found evidence of rodents getting in. He quoted me one set price, very reasonable and assured me that he would not stop until my rodent problem was eliminated. I am very satisfied. He has called and stopped by again twice to make sure the job is done to my satisfaction. Professional quality work completed at a fair price.
