STAY AWAY!! Random stranger rang my doorbell, felt a bit pressured into trying the service, was told that I could cancel after the introductory services, which required two visits. I canceled after two visits. Now they are harassing me with text messages and emails about an early cancellation fee of $270. I tried calling them, couldn't get a hold of them, just kept getting text messages and when I'd respond, I only got automated responses. Now they've sent me to collections. I'd rather have a wasps nest inside my bedroom than use this service.

I've been a customer for a long time and have been a happy one at that. Today, however - not happy. I called to reschedule my appointment that is schedule for this coming Tuesday morning, 2/27/26. Talk about making it difficult. I had to ask 5 times (literally) it started with you don't need to be home, we can do it with out you there, to why are we rescheduling - do I need to give you a reason? Aren't I the customer? calling with plenty of advance notice. Then it was well IF we do reschedule, then it has to be this month - meaning that week. Like I'm forced to do this? I told her I said I don't need this, you are about to lose me period, well I'll cancel the appointment and we can call you back to reschedule. My take is that corporate numbers are now coming before customers. They have to have so many treatments done to meet their monthly numbers. This call really made me feel like the bad guy for trying to reschedule before a huge ice storm rolls into town. And they make it as difficult as possible - "let me get my manager to see if I can reschedule" - Seriously?

It’s like they’re just spraying water. The service does nothing to actually get rid of bugs. The technician rushes in and out in five minutes and doesn’t address the requests I specifically ask for. Customer care is terrible. They don’t help at all, no matter how much they claim their “loyalty” to value their customers. Don’t waste your time.

Use someone else. Scammed me into signing a contract as the cost and service seemed reasonable. After a few months I asked them to discontinue as we were still getting a lot of rodents, odd insects and spiders. They convinced me to me to stay. Another few months, no improvement. I let Aptive treat my place and they did an excellent job and much improvement. No more rats. No more weird bugs. No more spiders in the house. I stopped paying eco and explained why with only 2 mos left in the contract and they still sent me to collections. Crooks. Dont fall for these money grabbers.

Everyone please save yourself the trouble. They only come once every two months and do absolutely nothing. At the end of their 10 minute visit they list all the services done that weren’t actually done. Interior never gets done but is listed as completed every visit. Also very suspicious that I can never get an appointment when I can actually be home and present. Lastly if you decide that spending $160 for them to spend less than 10 mins per visit every two months is crazy they charge you a $250 cancellation fee. Scammers. Last time I give anyone coming door to door a chance. Shame on me. Pure robbery! You guys aren’t about to just take my hard earned money like that. Go ahead and send me to collections. Pictures attached are from their most recent visit after giving them one more chance. Obviously they didn’t give a spiders ass. You know where their work stands if they have to charge $250 cancellation fee. If anyone else was affected by this company there is a class action law suit against them. Please share and put an end to businesses like this.

Steven from EcoShield did not perform the services he claims on the door hanger summary he left after his visit. Simply swept spider webs off the crevices and left. Signed for the work even though no one was home

i received the dreaded knock despite posting 2 absolutely no soliciting, no knocking / ringing signs on the front door at eye level. 1st knock at noon, 2nd knock 6 1/2 hours later after 6:30p. i was in the middle of a call and got interrupted by the knock. i opened the door and was greeted by antonio who offered pest control services. he was not pushy and explained their services in depth.

These door to door solicitors overlooked and ignored multiple no soliciting signs. After I pointed them out, they still started on their pitch. Nearly 6 pm on a Saturday evening, enjoying a movie with my family, interrupted by a sales visit.
