Do NOT use this place. I had a pest appointment scheduled, the guy claimed (Daniel Barrera) he went to the wrong house and a guy told him to leave. Not possible since, no one of this description lives here. He called me and then immediately hung up when I answered. I called him back and asked if he was coming, he proceeded to yell at me and say he was on the other side of town and couldn't come. I don't know what angle this company is playing at but it's not a good one. I do not recommend.

He took the time to thoroughly service the apartment community, answered questions, and made sure everything was handled with care. Calvin and It's Bugs Or Us are a gift from heaven! The customer service is second to none. Their professionalism cannot be matched. Their prices make sense... and they care. They truly took care of my mother and her home. They go above and far beyond the bare minimum to get the job done right. The warranty they give, you can trust it. I can't sing their praises enough. We were fortunate enough to meet Calvin and the assurance and the attention to detail that he gave to the extermination job sealed it for me. This is the only company I will ever call for my families pest control needs. If you're hesitating.. Stop and get scheduled. My mom had a horrible horrible case of bedbugs only the best could fix. Heat Treatment!!! Whew! Thank the Lord we found It's Bugs Or Us... Because they are in fact the best!!! Thank you Calvin and It's Bugs Or Us team!!!!!
