Contacted Gulf Coast Pest Control regarding a noise in my attic. Conner and his team came over evaluated the issue and explained what needed to be done to solve my problem. He did not try to sell me anything that I did not need or make the issue bigger to over charge me. At my request he was kind enough to not go into too much detail of what my problem was to keep me from being freighted. Vanessa their receptionist has contacted me several times to schedule follow ups and always has been very kind when I call them with questions. Conner, Victor a very knowledgeable technician and Melissa make a great team

Great at answering the phone and scheduling but struggle to show up. I called on 21May to set up an appointment for drywood termites (last termite company couldn't schedule treatment). Melanie/Melody set up my appointment for 4June. They never showed up. When I called, the same receptionist said she meant to call me because the technician told her that they usually forward drywood termite issues to another company/department. She forgot to call me because she was new. She was new when I scheduled the appointment.

Connor came and did the pest control in my house and he did a WONDERFUL and thorough job. I would definitely recommend this company if you want a reliable and trustworthy establishment to work with.

Getting tired of scheduling an appointment and no one showing or calling. I've waited all day today and no show and no call. I requested at 3pm for an update but never heard back. This has happened quite often. I am very much considering another service. Thank you Conner for correcting the company's errors and coming by yourself to take care of us. It was a grand gesture that changed my mind.

Conner is the best! A baby lizard got in the house and he came right in the house and caught the lizard with his bare hands. I’m so thankful because I definitely would have lost sleep over this.

Cyrus did a great and thorough job while explaining every aspect of the service in a detailed yet understandable way. He had a great customer service attitude and was extremely friendly to everyone including our senior pup. 10/10 recommend their services and 10/10 recommend Cyrus!

In a world of large conglomerate pest control companies, it’s great to see a true small business that is out there providing top notch service. I only suggest Gulf Coast to anyone that asks about local companies. 10/10!

Pretty bad customer service. Called seeking a simple inspection for a potential multi $thousand dollar job and was told I would have to wait until next week. I'll take my business elsewhere, there are way too many companies in the areas that can provide services within a reasonable turnaround.

Had termite annual inspection today. Austin the technician texted me that he was 20 minutes out. Arrived on time. Very pleasant and respectful of home and property. Did an internal and external assessment. Found no activity. Sprayed insecticide inside and out as a preventative measure. I would highly recommend Austin for your service needs. Great guy and pleasant to work with. Very happy with service and great value! I would recommend them. I have had a contract with them for 10yrs or better.

Quoted me $900 for a spot treatment for termites that aren’t even there. Had that confirmed with another company.

Manny and West Coast Exterminators was awesome! WHY? Because he recognized that I did not need to spend a ton of money on a product I did not need. This is called Integrity! We should all follow this example and we will all live a better life. BTW I do the same in my life.

Great service, been using them for years now. They work like clockwork if you subscribe to their service. Spoke with Misty recently who answers their phones to resolve an issue, she was very nice and helpful.

Great service. They worked with some special circumstances and scheduling needs that I had. My tech Manny was very personable and professional and their prices were lower than other quotes I received. Highly recommended HGCE.

I've attempted to utilize their services for months. I call and do not receive a response. When I do speak to someone, my concerns are dismissed. Today, I called another pest control company who immediately discovered termites in my home. I called them to cancel my monthly service. Their response? Ok, and hang up. Then they call back giggling? The health and stability of my home is not a laughing matter. Is this place ran by children? If you have entrusted this organization to protect your home, I would highly recommend reconsidering, and immediately.

I highly recommend Gulf Coast Pest Control Exterminators- The office manager Misti is knowledgeable in answering any pest control questions. Victor came and was very professional and completed his work order in a timely manner.

chatted with Sam about a rodent problem. Incredibly knowledgeable about solutions for local pest problems. Prices are very good (better than online that I purchased before finding this place). now to see if his recommended bait does the job!

Good service

I have been using this service for years now. Conner is our usual exterminator and he is very kind and knowledgeable. I initially got HGCE the huge job of treating the exterior of our property inside the galleria loop (288 units). This is one of those great service mom-and-pop type services that is so hard to find.

We have used this family run, owned business for over 10 yrs .They are awesome. Yeah you can probably find cheaper but you definitely wont get the peace of mind they provide!!! John has bn w them over 20? Years. I highly highly recommend this co. As a matter of fact I'm waiting on a call back now? As I bn getting up early in the morning hearing what sounds like scratching above my kitchen!!!?? Oh lord now what?? No I'm not gnna get my husband to go up there as he dnt know what the hell hes doing . Lol seriously this is by far the best exterminators in the state , probably this side of Mississippi. Stop reading this get up , walk to phn call them . That simple they'll do everything else. Love this co. ❤❤. Being a pet parent its important they are safe so I trust these guys to do that.

Misty was knowledgeable kind and helpful when I called to schedule an appointment for Squirrel issues in the attic. Her husband came to do the work and was equally professional and pleasant. He was fast identified the entry point and had everything done in a hr for more than reasonable pricing. I will definitely use gulf coast again. Thanks so much.

I have the pleasure of being helped by Misty, she was very helpful very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Definitely going to be my one-stop shop for pest control and taking care of things around the house related to that.
