Complete lack of communication.

It only took 20 years to get our first one star review and its not even from an actual customer. Deniz I explained when you called about your fathers condo that we have been there multiple times different units over the last few years and I do not believe they're interested in fixing the problem as they haven't responded to any of our proposals. We came out and did ANOTHER FREE INSPECTION costing the company hundreds of dollars each time and no response again... Now bc you claim you didn't receive a text reply about a job you're not trying to pay for and have no authority to approve you give one star? How about you take it up with the terrible property management not the small business that is life line for our families? When they call in the future Ill let them know they're black listed. All these companies out here robbing people stealing thousands of dollars from them and leaving them with bats. But go ogle allows them to post 200 Ai fa ke reviews. Such a joke. We warranty entire homes, buildings, and all structures for 10 years unmatched in the industry! read our other reviews from actual customers. No were not doing the $10k job for free sorry.

David and Frank are knowledgeable and took the time to educate me about bats and their process and got my house sealed up quickly. I don't have bats but my neighbors do and now I have piece of mind. Thanks guys!

Frank and his crew were great to work with! Needed some bats removed and they did a great job. They also went around the exterior of the house and sealed spots that could’ve introduced more pest! Definitely recommend and will refer to others for pest control!

I had these guys remove some raccoons from my attic. They were super professional and did excellent exclusion work, and did remove the animals. They were also willing to work with me on my actual needs and didn’t quote a bunch of unnecessary work. Price was very reasonable especially compared to other pest companies in Houston. I hope I never have this issue again, but if I do, I’ll be calling them. Can’t recommend highly enough!
