Jake serviced my house today. It was out first time using Hartz and he definitely made a good impression for the company. He was timely, curteous, professional and thorough. He took the time to answer my questions and even answer my kids questions. Really pleased with his service and dedication to making us more comfortable and roach free! He took extra care to get the problem areas and was careful in the house where we have a lot since we recently moved. Excellent work and we will be happy to have Jake back for the next extermination!

We have used this company for a while and have had really good guys come out and spray and only two times we had one lazy guy. Can’t remember the lazy guys name but—Joe is fantastic. He did excellent and was very friendly. ASK FOR JOE!

Hired them to eradicate a German cockroach infestation brought to me by a roommate. They sprayed poison and used advion which is available via Amazon. They can kill some bugs but they can’t kill an infestation. I asked them to to talk about this before I posted and silence.

Do not recommend at all. Their professionalism is lacking, and they consistently arrive late for work. They also complete only half of the job and charge for the entire service. Four years ago, they were quite good, but now they use diluted chemicals that cause bugs to return within a week.
