I had some areas in my attic concerning for rodent droppings. William came out and looked at everything, was very informative, and thorough. He arranged another day to come out with help to do a detailed inspection of the roof. His colleague Joe came with him. They both did an excellent job! He showed me all the areas of concern, points of possible entry, and fixed all of them. I hate sales people and feeling pressured, talked down or bullied into things- he’s like the opposite of this. Very refreshing! I use this company for pest control quarterly but they provided additional “exclusion” services for my rodent concern for this visit. The company has overall been great!

William is professional, courteous, and when necessary, takes the time to explain what we should be on the lookout for and what chemical is being used and why.

William is the absolute best!! His customers rave about him and even though I lived 500 miles away he has given me tips and helped me find people in my area.
