Summer was so helpful and thoughtful with me in figuring out the root of the foul odor in my home . Even though I didn’t need her services ,(I need a mold inspection), she took the time to answer my questions and guided me in the right direction to resolve the issues I have been having at home. Summer and her team were great! We had another person out yesterday and they gave up before finding the issue. But this team continued to look until they found a dead possum under the AC unit. This was causing the entire downstairs to be unbearable from the smell. Definitely recommend!

Sadly had an animal pass away in our attic. They were quick to identify their location and clean the area. The sanitizing solution had a nice scent, was not too harsh. The smell of decay is now gone and we definitely feel at ease knowing this was cleaned up. They followed up with us as well. Great business, would recommend again.

Update 6/15/26; After removing a dead possum from under our home, we hired them again to remove all of the old contaminated crawlspace insulation and sanitize the area. They did an excellent job, provided before-and-after photos, and left the crawlspace dramatically cleaner. We had a dead animal under our pier-and-beam home and contacted this company for help. They were able to come out the very next morning, were on time, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process by both text and email. The technician quickly located and removed the animal. Payment was easy and convenient, and the owner, Summer, was great to work with from start to finish. If you need dead animal removal, wildlife removal, or pest-related services, I would definitely recommend them. Professional, responsive, and easy to do business with. EZ is amazing! I had the most horrible smell in a downstairs room in my house I knew it had to be an animal was behind the walls in this room. I contacted EZ with my urgent request, and they came immediately on a rainy Saturday at 4 pm to take care of the problem. The technician started in the attic and found two different entries into the attic the animal used, restored those for no more entries; and located gnats flying around a place that looked like it may be a leak or fluids from an animal where wall and ceiling connect in the downstairs room that smelled awful. He determined the route the racoon took from the attic to the downstairs room wall to defecate. He cut the sheetrock in this and one other place in this room and found dung and urine from a racoon that was causing the awful smell. He disposed of the nasty left by the racoon, sprayed disinfectant in the area affected, then sealed the sheetrock patch. They actually cleaned up the mess made by cutting the sheetrock and walking in and out on a rainy day! The owner, Summer, came with crew to oversee what she knew would be a difficult job! She is so dedicated to customer service it is quite refreshing and the technician was high-level competent! This group works efficiently and thoroughly with exceptional care for the customer. I will recommend them for anyone who needs animal removal.
