Amazing service! We have been working with them for almost two years now. Their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, a special thanks to Hanna, she service our property in Austin. She always have great attitude with the leasing team, residents, and even pets! She is great. Envirosmart is not the cheapest option out there, but they are totally worth it!

Now that he's the Regional Manager, he continues to provide the outstanding customer service that clients deserve. He has always been thorough, professional, and committed to making sure everything is done right. I have lived in my apartment for over 3 years and have had minimal issues with roaches and spiders. Recently, I have seen more roaches than I’d like to so I called my apartment and requested pest control to come and spray to hopefully minimize this issue and they came quickly! Dominic was so kind and informative and made the visit so easygoing and confident that the treatment should eliminate most future pests to enter. He informed me of different type of roaches and why they enter units regardless of how clean you are. He was so helpful and I really appreciate him and this company for all that they do! 10/10 recommend this company to solve any issues that arise. Thanks again Dominic!!!!

Personally I am shocked at the low-key attitude of this company and its workers. They aren't equipped to take care of pests when they show up on site (they look at you as though you are making an odd request for them to do something about the issue when they know ahead of time why they're coming out and should be prepared). Additionally, they are very nonchalant when it comes to you having to live with the pests (in my case large rodents) while they deem themselves as the "experts" when you're trying to talk with them. They don't provide solutions and don't seem concerned about outcomes (you living in peace/pest free) or having any equipment on them to do the work they're being paid for. It's really a joke to hire these people. Sadly, I'd have to rate their work as a zero so far. They will frustrate you more than anything and I haven't seen any positive results so far. In fact, I have seen the opposite. They just don't care if you have pests or not, they are getting paid for showing up - so that's what they care about. Oh, and that was MY trap that caught that rat. The workers from Envirosmart only had "two traps on them" when they arrived the last time, so I purchased many of my own.

HORRIBLE company.. my sister was suppose to get a clean out done due to neighbors having an infestation. The tech was in and out in 2 minutes. She confronted him and he lied TWICE claiming that he was able to treat the whole apartment in the whole 2 minutes he was on site. If you own your own home DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They do not care about removing your pest problem. The longer you have the issue the more they get paid. The managers are also trying to cover for him even with video evidence. Keep this company out of your home.

This is actually insane, I was home all day and these ppl come once a week to the complex, soI’m supposed to wait an extra week because of someone else’s incompetence.. ring the door bell? I’ve had ants in my apartment for so long and I’m on the 3rd floor… not a me problem but besides the point, this is the second time they come out for these ants, the last time they came the problem got worse and more showed up.. this is too common with pest companies, I might as well run one myself and start getting contracts with these management companies, business seems too ez.

My apartment complex uses this pest control company, and they’re very thorough. My kitchen was infested and Envirosmart put in bait that knocked out the entire nest. They then showed up weekly to spray the apartment and set up traps to monitor activity. Now they come every few months to spray and make sure the roaches don’t come back. Excellent customer service and results!!!

This company treated my apartment 3 times the first time they failed to identify that it was weevils(rice bug) so we didn’t rid of the source the second time they just sprayed the floor didn’t identify the source I then found the source myself after a huge infestation then they came to fog the unit told me to leave I came back 2 hours and all of the bugs are still here moving around like nothing happened worst pest control company ever
