He usually tells you over the phone that he's going to solve your pest problem. I paid him $218, and he just put out some cans of repellent in 5 minutes and told us to come back later. When we returned, none of the insects had died and they were still in my house. When I called him, he just said to fix our problem, that he had already done his job.

I appreciated how honest the technician was about bed bug treatment taking more than one visit sometimes. He didn’t make unrealistic promises just to sound impressive. After the second treatment, the bites finally stopped and we’ve been sleeping normally again. Worth the money for the peace of mind alone.

We have had excellent service from Michael at Ennyk Pest Control for several years. He is knowledgeable, kind, timely, and helpful. Yesterday, we had a mouse problem, and he came out immediately to help us. He explains everything to us and treats us well. He remembers our names and is always very hospitable. We wanted a service that would treat the inside as well as the outside and keep our home bug free. Ennyk Pest Control has always taken care of all of our pest issues over the years, and we remain bug free inside our home. Every time he is here, he is always very professional, clean, and personal. Michael, from Ennyk Pest Control, has been my ‘go to professional exterminator’ for 22 years! We bought a new home and within 4 years, he found termites and eradicated them. I moved to another home and he’s taken care of our house for years. He always calls and works with my schedule. He has never had to re-schedule and he’s very dependable and knowledgeable. I remember about 19 years ago, he was spraying inside the house and my golden retriever started to have a seizure on the front porch where I was gardening. (My dog was prone to them.) Michael stopped what he was doing and ran to turn on a hose. He ensured that the dog’s head was kept cool during his seizure! I’ll never forget his kindness! About ten years ago my best friend and my parents also started using his services. He knows my family and has always been so personable! I would highly recommend his services!

We have been using Mike at Ennyk pest control for the past 16 years. Mike has always been professional and we completely trust him in our own. He always wears foot coverings when he comes in to ensure he doesn’t track anything into your house. We have quarterly pest control service with him and have also used him for one off rodent issues, termite damage from previous owner, as well as a bee hive issue. We completely trust Mike in our home and know that he will do whatever it takes to ensure we are bug free!

Did not have a good customer experience. Was verbally rude during the treatment and ignored our requests during treatment (to avoid spraying chemicals on certain areas of the home) to mention a few of the challenges during the service. Was informed we must pay 5% surcharge for credit card payments.
