Logan was extremely knowledgeable and patient . He was able to get the mother raccoon and babies to leave the nest just as he said, it took almost 2 weeks but then he sealed up five or six openings and sprayed a disinfectant in the nesting area. I felt he really knows his business

Josh was our technician, great communicator, very knowledgeable and we were so impressed with his determination to make sure all possibilities were covered. It took some time, mostly our busy schedules but Josh made himself available to follow up on noises etc as we waited to be sure "everyone"was out of our attic. Ashly from Elite Wildlife Services is simply the best! She took a very detailed approach to solving our issues and made sure everything was perfect, even coming out to recheck that all of the critters were gone. The only ones unhappy were the squirrels!

Yeyser was great! We were dealing with a critter in attic. The first company was not as thorough going through the attic to identify the critter they also wanted $450. I contacted Elite Wildlife the next day and Yeyser was connected to our case quickly. He came over and completed a thorough walkthrough inside and out. He came back with pictures of Raccoon dropping and urine in the insulation. Once we were ready to move forward paying only $300, Yeyser came back to set up a one way excluder. Honestly once that was in place our raccoon friend was not heard from again. We waited about 4 days for Yeyser to return and remove the excluder. He then quickly patched the entry point with a metal plate. Ask for Yeyser Cabrera at Elite Wildlife Services next time you think you have an unwanted critter in your home.

We were serviced regularly until they recently decided not to do bait station service anymore without any advanced notice. They don't honor their commitment to customer service and I wouldn't recommend anyone rely on them for continuous service. One star is too much for this company.

Mark & his team is amazing. They are knowledgeable, efficient and very professional. Scheduling a free inspection was easy, they came out evaluated our rodent issue, took care of it and answered all of our questions. Very pleased with their service and 100% recommend them for anyone needing to remove rodents or wildlife from their home.

I called EWS because I was hearing some sort of animal running around in my attic. Yeyser Cabrera responded to my call and came out quickly. He was able to remove what turned out to be a raccoon and made the necessary repairs to my house so that no more animals will be able to get in. He was very respectful and communicated everything he was going to do.

Hello! We had multiple critters in our attic, so we called this company. We are very pleased with their service. The technician, Yeyser Cabrera, did an excellent job ensuring all openings were sealed and installed a few excluders to let critters go out without harming them. He also caught a baby squirrel that was lost and trapped inside. We highly recommend them 👍🏼

Would not recommend, nice guy and provided good info. Did not execute the game plan we talked about. Animal died before he set up traps

Used their services on my inlaws house and they were some of the rudest people I've ever met. Other reviews must be from employees because the quality of service was only better than the poor attitude and unprofessional employees. Wouldn't recommend, 0 stars if I could.
