Be very cautious of this company. They are extremely unprofessional. The pest guy came to my apartment and literally hit on my wife while I was out of the country in front of my camera knowing that she is married. Then came back the following week UNANNOUNCED. This is totally unacceptable behavior from a company that has there employees going into other people's home. I filed a complaint with his supervisor and hope they take the appropriate action so this doesn't happen to someone else. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Terrible service

This company has been to my residence to spray for ants 12 times. They have done multiple treatments including an exterior spray with no success. I live on the 3rd floor of my apartment and the ants are worse than ever. They refuse to try new treatment or even a new approach to resolve my ant issue. My house is extremely clean but ants are taking over my apartment. Please do not use this company. I advised my company as well as anyone else that uses this company to drop all contracts. This company is a waste of money and time with NO RESULTS.

i live in greenwood forest and the same guy domes out, his name is Oli, he is very nice, consistent, and respectful. and always gets the job done.

I just want to let you all know what a great job Jamal does at our property. He's always very patient, informative to our residents and our staff. He notifies us of things he sees and makes sure that he is being diligent on some of our other known issues so that they do not get out of hand. He is a pleasure to deal with and on behalf of Tessa at Katy we want to thank him for everything that he does.
