I live in the Heights and Drywood termites are unfortunately something you have to deal with all the time. You cant really completely kill them you have to manage the damage they cause. I have been working with Ken for over a year and a couple of treatments. He is very knowledgable and fair. Would very much recommend.

Ken/Debra and the entire team took care of my father's dwelling after the wicked May 16th storm!! Termites were everywhere at dad's!!! My father has lived in his house for 57 years and never had one dirt tunnel/trail. But God guided me to ask Google and He sent Us the Best! The professionalism and expedient service was top notch!!! Very responsive, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Ken came out for an evaluation the day after we called, and kindly worked his schedule around getting access from our neighbors’ yard (townhome life!). He took the time to explain all the different bugs & termites normally found in the area and what the recommended treatment plans are. We really appreciated the quick responses and flexibility.

Ken and his team were top notch. He was able to come out on short notice when we found evidence of termites in our house. He took extra time to explain what he found, info about termites and how the treatment would work. Very knowledgeable and I'd trust him to do work again!
