Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control - Kingwood, TX

I’ve never done business w Barefoot Mosquito & Pest control & I never will, but they still sent a bill to a collection firm w/o any notification to me. The company before they took over was paid which wasn’t Barefoot. I would never do business w this company & definitely give them 0.

Absolute scammers. I called and asked for a quote ONE TIME in August. Now I am getting collections emails saying I haven't paid my bill. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR SERVICE PEOPLE! I have no idea as to their practices or pest control, but I bet it ain't great seeing as how they can't even figure out who their customers are. Again, to reiterate, I have never even paid these people one time. Never signed anything. And they are emailing me threatening to send my account to collections. Get your pest control somewhere else, folks.

I would give zero stars if I could. Barefoot Mosquito billed me for a service that was never scheduled and never performed. To make matters worse, they sent my account to collections without providing any proof of service. At the time they claim to have serviced my home, I was out of town, so it was impossible for anything to have been done. This is not just bad customer service—it’s unethical business practice. Instead of addressing the mistake, they escalated it to collections, putting my credit and reputation at risk for something I never authorized or received. If you value transparency, honesty, and accountability, stay far away from this company. I’m currently disputing the charges and demanding they retract the collections actions.
