My family and I have used Ajax Exterminating for at least six or seven years. Robert is thorough, polite, and very responsive. We have used his service to evict a rat from our garage, routine pest control services, and even answering questions when I freak out about a bug in my kitchen. I highly recommend Robert!

We have used Ajax for several years and he always does a top notch job. Rob goes over what pests we're concerned about and is careful to consider the various pets and critters we've cared for over the years both inside and out. I found Ajax Exterminating after asking ChatGPT to “list out the top-rated local exterminators with the best pricing and reviews” …and they came highly recommended. They were at the top of the list—and now I see exactly why!!! Scheduling was incredibly easy. I called and was able to get an appointment for the very next day, which was a huge plus. The pricing was very fair and transparent: $225 for the initial treatment (covering both inside the house and the entire yard), and $135 for a follow-up treatment two weeks later. Considering the level of service, this felt like a great value. The technician showed up right on time and was extremely thorough throughout the entire process. He was very polite, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail. He also gave clear, practical instructions on what to do after the treatment to maximize effectiveness, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very impressed with the service. I’m especially glad I chose a local company instead of going with a big corporate brand like Terminix or Orkin. Not only would those have likely been more expensive, but I don’t think they would have provided the same level of personalized care and attention. Ajax clearly tailored the treatment to my specific situation, which made a big difference! 👍

O-M-G!! This company has helped me get rid of my extra tenants 🪳 from my apartment after all other options have failed me. I've tried all kinds of over the counter remedies that didn't work. The apartment exterminator & another that i hired did not work either. Whatever Ajax is using is legit. Definitely would recommend them to everyone. You need an exterminator... Ajax is your company.

Fantastic service! Robert applied what he called restaurant grade baits and gels and we saw results immediately. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. He scheduled a two-week follow up appointment and reapplied the same treatment in known areas where I had seen a few roaches. The results are very positive and I highly recommend Ajax Exterminating in Houston, Clear Lake.

Highly recommended! Robert knows the pest control business well. Very good communication about his recommendations and we followed his advice. He was spot on with his service applications and traps. Weeks later and no more issues! Robert charges a reasonable price too.

Rob from Ajax Exterminating came out to our house and offered a free inspection, and while he was here, he also offered some free advice to help us save some money. We hired him to perform exclusion work. For pest control, we liked what he was offering and liked the price, so we signed up for the annual service (4 treatments per year). Rob also followed up by emailing us the product information that we requested.

Great service at very good prize

Called about a rodent problem and they came out right away. They gave a great assessment of what was needed. So far, a couple of follow up appointments and rodents seem to be gone. No complaints here.

I have been using Ajax for several years now; and I have always been happy with the service that I receive. I always receive a fast response at a reasonable price.

Very thorough assessment my home; determined all potential access points. Gave me a complete game plan. However, very expensive for the service I received. For example, installing steel wool was on me. Picking up and disposing of traps was an extra charge. Mice are gone though!

Robert was super helpful! Called 5/22 in the afternoon and he was able to get me an appointment for 5/23. Showed up early as well which I really appreciated. Did the appropriate treatments quick and efficiently and was friendly too. 5/5! Definitely will be calling in the future if I need their services.

Ajax exterminating came by within hours of calling concerning a strange issue we were having with ants or some kind of bug. He came out and looked around the whole house and inspected the area and gave recommendations on how to eliminate the issue. He did not charge me for the inspection. He was very nice and professional. Highly recommend!
