ABET has done some excellent inspections for clients. I appreciate how thorough they are; and how trustworthy and truthful they are in what’s important and what is less important. I’m extremely partial to Austin. He does a particularly admirable job at condensing down complex things into easy-to-understand terms for people that don’t deal with mechanicals, electrical parts, etc.

Eric was exceptionally helpful and gave a very thorough and detailed analysis and inspection of the property. Very pleased with his experience and excellent service.

Without a doubt the best company for the job! I'd trust them with my child if they had a daycare but sadly they don't. However, I will be using them for pest control so that's fair. Austin was very personable and thorough. He's got gadgets I hadn't seen before and had no clue was used for inspections. I wont use anyone else in the future. Highly recommended!

I had Austin come at such a last minute notice as my warranty was expiring and he pointed out so many more things that my initial inspection(different inspector) had missed. As a result, he's easily saved me a couple grand right off the bat, I'm sure potentially more. Do no hesitate to book an inspection and in fact, book it right now!

As you can see I've Left over 100 Reviews ; I Leave Good Reviews Where it's Deserved But Here is Terrible Customer Service , Rude and They Hang up on You When they Feel Like it. Some of these are the reviews seem to be fake , They Only Got like 2 to 4 Reviews They have Left .. So Sad that people can Not be honest , This 1 Star is Due to the receptionist , hanging up on my face and then the owner calling me and being rude as Well.. a simple note would have done there was no Dean to hang up in my face and have the owner as well call me with an attitude and calling me a goofball , So Owner if you're reading this you are the one that should be ashamed of Yourself, because you're very unprofessional and very unpolite.

For the price, I was not impressed with the service. I guess I was spoiled by my previous inspector in Central Texas that took the time to document obvious cosmetic issues, ie, cracked tiles, cracked siding, unfinished flooring, damaged ceiling fan. All things that are present on our new build, but not documented or even mentioned. Would not recommend, find a company that takes more care in protecting their clients investment instead of just going through the motions. I'll have to go back through and finish the job myself.

Staff I dealt with are all very friendly. I called about two home inspections and both times the company was very willing to work immediately despite the actual time being after hours on a Friday. Austin had the report to me the next morning so that we were able to comb through the report and make a more informed decision by Monday.
