He took the time to explain the entire mosquito misting system, answered every question I had, and made sure everything was installed perfectly. What impressed me most was the quality of his work. The installation was neat, clean, and obvious that he wasn't just trying to get the job done—he wanted to get it done right. It's rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with outstanding customer service, but Garrod absolutely does. He was punctual, respectful of my property, and left everything looking better than he found it. The system works great, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers. Had an appointment that I scheduled yesterday over the phone with them. Appointment time came around and nothing. Tried to reach out to see if they were still coming and no answer!! Guess they don’t need the business!!

They sprayed the hard before they left to kickstart the process of having a mosquito-less backyard. Mosquito nix is amazing. They keep the devil mosquitoes away so I can enjoy my backyard to the fullest. My family loves spending time in the backyard but unfortunately the mosquitoes devour me - I am delicious. With mosquito nix, I can water my plants and garden, watch my kids swim, do all the things without being eaten alive! If you are getting carried away by giant mosquito birds like I was, look into this business!!!!

We had an awesome experience with MosquitoNix. The installation process was quick, professional, and completely hassle-free. Their team explained everything clearly and had the system up and running fast. What we’ve appreciated most is the ongoing maintenance - they handle everything, which makes it super easy on us. Since having the system installed, our family has actually been able to enjoy spending time in the backyard again without constantly dealing with mosquitoes. Huge difference and definitely worth it. Technician disconnected hose at Spicket which had pipe fitting tape and washers to avoid leaking. Breaking this seal was not necessary- why was the hose not used? In addition a bag of new garden soil was moved from my storage pile to near the Mosquito Nix machine (perhaps to climb over the little fencing? )Why do technicians not carry step ladders? Soil bag was left where he dropped it. Update: immediately after posting this review the manager contacted me for remedy and clarity regarding the situation. He was out on my property the next day. All is forgiven with this kind of customer service and account credit- way to keep a customer mosquito Nix!

I met with Gerrod in the morning, he was very detailed about what he was going to do. The work was outstanding, looked extremely professional and very happy with the end result.
