Emerald Lawns is yet another case study of the dramatic nosedive in the quality of everyday consumer services in America. A few months ago, I had to call them back to my lawn to re-treat weeds in my back yard after paying them $68 for the original service. There were actually more weeds AFTER the original treatment than before (shaking my head). My most recent (and final) adventure with Emerald Lawns concerns them fraudulently hitting my credit card for the unauthorized amount of $331.15 on top
About 2 weeks ago, I had the exterior sprayed by John (he took his time and did a great job). Last week I noticed tiny black ants on my vanity in the bathroom. I called the office and spoke to LaVell she was so nice and sent Chandler to treat the ants. Chandler took the time to explain that these very tiny ants lIke fragrant items and that I shouldn't use lemon scented cleaning products on the counter top. They are also attracted to toothpaste. I noticed these tiny bugs on my screens and windows I’ve never seen before so I used orange oil to get rid of them and it did until they returned shortly after.
