By far the best carpet cleaning service I’ve ever used. Affordable pricing and fast service. I highly recommend worker “Casey”. He was fast, kind, and took the time to explain the process so I knew what I was paying for and how the products work for the carpet. If I ever need another cleaning I’ll most definitely be calling simple services and asking for “Casey”.

Joe did an incredible job cleaning my couch. He was on time, kind, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He explained the process, treated my furniture with real care, and the results blew me away. My couch looks brand new — stains I thought were permanent are completely gone. Joe’s professionalism and attention to detail made the whole experience easy and stress‑free. I’ll definitely be requesting him again.

WEDNESDAY JANUARY 7, 2026: I checked the reviews of this company, and they mainly pertained to carpet & driveway cleaning. I was astonished to see they were all 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I've given several reviews for restaurants, businesses, etc. and none of them had an overall combined perfect score review of 5 stars. There's always some issue, or someone who has a problem with something. I had several questions for the person who came to perform the pest control service. There was only one question that he was not sure what the answer was. Why doesn't his company use the gel instead of the spray, or both? He said his name was Charlie. I'm not sure if he was Charles Perez, or someone else. But I do know that he was very courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, meticulous, thorough, and professional. He was very careful when spraying everywhere. Worthy of a 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google review. The perfect score continues! 🤠
