I do not know whether or not the employee went behind our garage. You certainly did not go inside to spray. I would appreciate it in the future if you would call me and allow me to open the gate rather than Employee trying to push or pull it open.

Terrible service today! Scheduled time consistently changed throughout day! Never rang doorbell, lettting anyone no they were here, and if I had any questions or concerns!! Very very disappointed!!! May need to start looking for a more professional, respectable company for my spraying!!!

Have used them for a while and used to be pretty happy with their service. Now it takes longer to schedule additional services than it used to. They now have an AI assistant that answers the phone, it's not helpful. When you tell it you want a live agent it says they will have somebody call you back, but then they never call you back. This is VERY frustrating.

We were with a company for over 20 years, and needless to say, it was way past time to part ways. I called Mosquito Squad and was blown away by the entire process! From the communication over the phone, to the wonderful tech that showed up at our home. MR. FORRENSKI is OUTSTANDING!!! He was at our home as scheduled, accommodated our every request, explained the process AGAIN to this new customer, was extremely patient, and so very respectful. You just don't find customer service like this anymore! I'm embarrassed that we were with our previous pest control company for as long as we were after this experience. Mosquito Squad is the way to go! Ask for Mr. Forrenski.

This is hands down the best pest control company you can have for your yard. I’m someone who’s extremely prone to mosquito bites, and before using them, being outside was miserable. They come out and thoroughly treat the property, make sure everything is done right, and if there’s ever an issue, they stand behind their work and make it right. I’ve been with them for three years, and I’ve been consistently happy with their service. I honestly don’t think I’d survive a Texas summer without them. I 1000% recommend this company!

We were having trouble with mosquitoes within the two treatments. They gave us a complimentary treatment and did a very through job. Due to the treatments we are able to use our backyard in the summer. We used to have so many mosquitoes, we couldn't stay outside.
