So...they are too good! There is a rodent near my home because there is a big trash can behind my fence that belongs to an apartment building. They can't move it. So it causes rodent issues. Prior to hiring Brady Pest Control great customers ervice was provided via telephone to address all of my questions and concerns. Their agent arrived to my home on time and was very professional and clearly communicated the services that would be provided. From the first phone call to the follow up text after our initial service, Brady Pest Control has been fantastic! They are professional, kind, and informative! Will be recommending to all my friends and family! Update: I just want to add that after I called with a concern about seeing wasps two weeks after my initial service, I spoke with Parris and he was WONDERFUL! He sent someone out ASAP and educated me on what to expect. This is some of the best customer service I have ever experienced!
