My card on file was then charged for this unauthorized visit. I will be disputing this charge immediately, as the visit and the payment were not authorized. So...they are too good! There is a rodent near my home because there is a big trash can behind my fence that belongs to an apartment building. They can't move it. So it causes rodent issues. Parris and his team are phenomenal! I would give 10 stars if I could. I mean I have never experienced this type of care and service from a pest control company ever. They are super responsive! They will make arrangements to take care of any issues as soon as possible, usually same day. I can't say enough gr

Prior to hiring Brady Pest Control great customers ervice was provided via telephone to address all of my questions and concerns. Their agent arrived to my home on time and was very professional and clearly communicated the services that would be provided. From the first phone call to the follow up text after our initial service, Brady Pest Control has been fantastic! They are professional, kind, and informative! Will be recommending to all my friends and family! Update: I just want to add that after I called with a concern about seeing wasps two weeks after my initial service, I spoke with Parris and he was WONDERFUL! He sent someone out ASAP and educated me on what to expect. This is some of the best customer service I have ever experienced!

Paragon was great - willing and able to do anything to help avoid pests in our new home. My wife saw a big spider in the garage after he left - hoping he was trying to get away before got caught in David's leftovers. I called and was assured that they’ll come back and fix the problem if we see him again. The owner even followed up days after the service.
