We had a great experience with Termicure We Contacted Them Because We Are New To Our Home. When We Moved In We Discovered Dead Termites In The Attic But No Live Ones. We Saw A Pest Control Inspection Sticker In Our Kitchen Cabinet From This Company Termicure They Had Already Serviced Our Home Before We Lived Here Over 10 Years Ago So He's Familiar With Our Place. I Don't know If It's A Family Owned Operation But The Person Who Serviced Us Was Norbert, A Very Nice Gentleman. He Was Very Knowledgeable About The Termite Issues We Were Having. We Don't Have An Infestation In Our Home But There Is A Heavy Swarmer Presence In Our Neighborhood In Baytown. He put down the traps and treatment around the exterior of the home for a better price than some other places we're trying to charge. And He Told Us That The Termites Would Swarm Badly That Night Because Of The Treatment And Because It Had Be Raining Heavily All Week. Well He Was Right And The Treatment Seemed To Stir Up More Swarmers Than We Have Seen So Far. We Discovered That The TermitesWere Getting Inside Our Home During That Swarm From The Roof Through Our Hot Water Tank Vents So We Installed Aluminum Mesh On Them Through The Attic And Also Mesh In Our Bathroom Exhaust Vents So Take Note Of That. Overall We Are Satisfied With The Work And It Came With A 2 Year Warranty. I Would Recommend That You Give Him A Try. Thank You Norbert

I used this guy for 10+ years and he hasn’t been at this location for at least 8 of those 10 years. I believe he works out of his home, but I literally had no problems with his service until recently. He stopped showing up in a work truck, and started arriving in an old Mercedes. I am not sure what happened, but his products are now totally inferior. I very rarely saw any kind of bug, spider, ant etc over the last 9 years. Prior to this year, I’d refer this guy to anyone. After my last 2 treatments, I hope he is permanently out of business. When I asked him to come retreat my house, he requested that I prepay for my next 2 treatments at a discounted rate. When I asked him to just focus on the treatment that I paid for and resolve the issue, he went off the grid. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for an Exterminator that will actually exterminate and resolve your pest control problems. Also, after finding a new exterminator, I didn’t realize he was overcharging me.
