Great company. Professional and they care about their customers. Cassius was FANTASTIC. So friendly, helpful and informative. UPDATE: Still receiving great service from Purple Care. Today's awesomeness came from Danielle, Cindy and Misty. Danielle is so knowledgeable about lawncare and helpful; she answered all my questions (and I had ALOT 😏). Cindy did a great job getting me setup for additional needed services. Misty provided great customer service when I called. Thank you all for making my experience with Purple Care so wonderful.

Terrible company in my opinion. I had them do pest control and they did a horrible job. Did not do the work they promised by not treating the entire yard. Now they keep calling and texting offers. I have explained this to the manager and he didn’t even apologize for the lack of doing what they promised. You are better off doing business with a different company.

Would not use these people. Killed my grass and my bushes would not recommend this to anyone..are not responsible for the product that they use., be careful about what bullish assessment that they give fir killing your plants and grasses.

Our technician did a great job at our home. He was attentive to our trouble areas and took time to explain everything to us. This was our 30 day appointment with Purple Care. Scheduling has been challenging with Purple Care but this isn’t a reflection on the technicians work.

Mosquito control done by Jim was fast and effective and efficient. He was friendly and got to the job quickly.

Edited my review. Had used purple care for my lawn services. My credit card on file was compromised and when notified by text months ago that bill was past due I called payed bill and informed them to keep new card on file. Received another text my account had been suspended For non payment. Called immediately and asked what's wrong with card I asked to be put on file the last time? Apparently they just ran my payment and did not keep my card on file. Wanted to charge 20 late fee and Christine was extremely rude and informed me it's my responsibility to pay my bills. Would only take off 10.00 off of 20 late payment. I informed Christine to cancel my service. Sent a email to Justin and his response was hes going to forward my email to someone else. Lol what a joke. I own and run a multi million dollar company and if I ran my business like this I would have no customers. I definitely would not recommend purple cares services. Have done my research and going with a different company. Crazy losing a customer over 20.00 and terrible rude customer service.

Misty gambbill 100% deserves a raise super friendly answered all my questions that was Asked will never use any other lawn care company except Purple Care

Dale and JJ were amazing tech! They helped me with a bug issue I was having inside and treated my exterior concerns as well. Highly recommended them and their experience!

My yard looks really great. I have been using Purple Care for several years and their service has eliminated the weeds plus it is plush and green. Kaleb takes very good care of it for me.

Buck did a wonderful job with the pest control treatment today! He gave me advice on how to repel gnats that lingers inside the house.

Jaron was very helpful in determining what bugs we’ve seen & went above & beyond to provide us with excellent service as well as outstanding knowledge. He is a very nice & respectful young man.

We just had our yard aerated and a special Purple Care mix of top soil applied to the soil/yard. The two man crew of Brett and Manuel (I hope their names are spelled correctly) did a fantastic job during the aeration and applying the top soil to our yard. With our current temperatures their work efforts were commendable. Working with Brittany on the phone during this project has been a pleasure. After completion I highly recommend Purple Care for your yard help and pest control.
