We only needed a one-time general pest service as we will be selling the house in the near future. The technician was very professional and took the time to answer my questions. Definitely would recommend them; also, quite reasonable compared to other companies we contacted.

I have used StarBugs for years, and they are the BEST. Kameron does a great job , and is very knowledgeable. I would never use any one but StarBugs.

Extremely unprofessional service. While they promise stars they don’t take care of professional schedules and live up to their own promises. Staff keep changing. I have to chase them and remind them for every service. They don’t seem to have any schedule records. They show up unplanned, then perform outer service only, which is ineffective. Unfortunate to get stuck with them. I would not recommend anyone to go for the periodic service contract with them.

I was buying a new home and they were supposed to do a full inspection. They didn’t even access the interior of the house so how is the safe inspection? they said the owners for him at the time of inspection so they weren’t able to access it, but they checked it off as it was clear and then they Very rude to me, saying that I could not read a report .. I ended up getting my full money back after threatening legal council

The problem is not the effectiveness of their service but rather convenience and timeliness. Once I signed up for quarterly service, my time frame moved from 2 hours to 4. But, of the 4 times they came, they only made that 4 hour time window ONE time. I simply cannot leave 5-6 hours of my day open in order to wait for service.

Eric was polite and helpful in answering my questions. A very professional and nice young man. I will not hesitate to recommend StarBugs.

I’m embarrassed it has taken me this long to write a review for the StarBugs team and Kameron! They’ve been my go-to for nearly a decade, and I couldn’t ask for better service. Reliable, honest, and highly skilled, they’ve handled everything from a rodent in my attic to a squirrels invading my fig tree to mosquito issues and more. Kameron has always gone above and beyond, providing exactly what I’ve needed each time. I truly appreciate their consistency, professionalism, and expertise. Highly recommend!
